 2. Fill in the application form

 3. Send the completed application form + two passport photos to following

     After aproximately six weeks processing time the membership card will be
     sent to you.

 4. After receiving the membership card you are a member of the Thai Golf
     Association. You are now in a position to play at all golf clubs over the world
     after the payment of the greenfee (guest players will be accepted as a
     rule at the most golf places all over the world)
