You can manage your handicap yourself  by the internet.

You will get a personal identity number with which you can log in your personal area.

In your personal area you can transfer your scorecard

The scorecard must be signed by yourself and a marker

The handicaps of the members will be calculated by the Thailand Golf Association monthly and you can print out your personally handicap-certification or you can let them check from every place at every time by the internet
